PUBLIC EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY

Booking/class fees are non-refundable.  Rescheduling is allowed with a minimum of 72 hour notification of cancellation, class must be rescheduled within 30 days of original booking.               

PRIVATE PARTY CANCELLATION POLICY
A deposit is due when booking your private event.  Once the minimum number of attendees is met, we will refund your initial deposit.  If you are unable to meet the minimum, the deposit will be forfeited.  If you choose to cancel your private event, the deposit will not be refunded due to the nature of our studio and the demand for private party times on our calendar. In instances were attendees paid individually for bookings/registrations to a private event that is cancelled, those bookings are

non-refundable. Those registered will be able to attend one of our public events if the private event was canceled with a minimum of 72 hour notification, class must be rescheduled within 30 days of original booking. 

 

BYOB IS NOT ALLOWED AT THE STUDIO. 

No alcohol is sold at the studio. Non-alcoholic beverages are permitted.

PRIVATE EVENT TIME POLICY 

There is an additional $50 fee for every 30 minutes past the scheduled end time. This fee will be charged in 30 minute increments. 
 

LIABILITY WAIVER 

I understand that I will use hand tools, power tool, paints, stains, sanders and other tools and supplies, I understand the risks in attending and or participating in a workshop I assume all liability and agree to release Board Therapy from any liability for injury or damage to myself or my property.   

 

By participating in a workshop, class, event I  grant permission to Board Therapy and its agents and employees the irrevocable and unrestricted right to reproduce the photographs and/or video images taken of me, or members of my family, for the purpose of publication, promotion, illustration, advertising, or trade, in any manner or in any medium. I hereby release Board Therapy and its legal representatives for all claims and liability relating to said images or video. Furthermore, I grant permission to use my statements that were given during an event, with or without my name, for the purpose of advertising and publicity without restriction. I waive my right to any compensation.

Board Therapy reserves the right to cancel any event that does not meet the minimum number of participants; 2 participant minimum for regularly scheduled events as well as the minimum participants for our private events.
